The problem
Coca-Cola needed to connect its brand with local food culture in an authentic, lasting way, beyond one-off campaigns. No digital platform linked food, drinks, restaurants and consumers in a single brand ecosystem.
What we built
We proposed Flavor Radar to Coca-Cola, a complete regional food platform. The project included a full toolkit: website, mobile app, content strategy, restaurant geolocation, user reviews, social media integration and a data model to understand eating-out habits.
The proposal was our own initiative, not a response to a client brief. We spotted the opportunity, designed the whole concept and presented it to Coca-Cola as a lasting brand asset.
The result
The proposal was accepted and developed for the regional market. The case showed that we can create business opportunities proactively, not just execute what the client asks for.
Why it’s innovation
We didn’t wait for a brief. We diagnosed an opportunity, designed a complete platform with a regional toolkit and sold it proactively to one of the biggest brands in the world. That is the DNA of an innovation studio: seeing what nobody asked for but everyone needed.
