The problem
Telcos, banks, insurers, automotive and education invest millions in digital campaigns to generate leads. The result: thousands of completed forms, but close rates below 5%.
In 2019 alone, we generated 1.2 million leads for our clients, and conversion never went above that threshold. The operating cost of calling 20,000 leads to close 1,000 was unsustainable.
What we built
Amazing Leads is a technology that pre-qualifies a user’s real intent before they finish a web form. It is based on a principle of cognitive psychology: telling a lie takes longer than telling the truth, even if only by fractions of a second.
Calibration
A reference question whose answer the system already knows (for example, “Which device are you answering from?”). It sets that specific user’s baseline time for a true answer.
Yes/no questions with AI tracking
While the user answers yes/no questions, the system captures in microseconds: cursor movements, click patterns, screen taps, response speed, abandonment attempts, movement between buttons and navigation patterns.
Machine learning
Over 3–5 weeks of training with ~1,000 initial prospects, the system compares digital behavior patterns with real call-center outcomes. It learns which micro-behaviors predict actual sales.
The output is a purchase-intent score generated before the user finishes the form. The platform also connects the source campaign (Meta, Google), the specific ad, behavior during pre-qualification and the final conversion in the call center.
The result
A technology with declared intellectual property of ROISENSE AI, presented to and validated with Santander. It applies to any industry that relies on lead generation forms.
Why it’s innovation
Science applied to marketing: cognitive psychology, behavioral analytics and machine learning, with declared intellectual property.
It addresses a multi-billion-dollar problem worldwide, and it scales to any sector, any form and any market.
